Abbiamo scelto Gastronovi per il nostro secondo ristorante. Il che si è rivelato un grosso errore. Sfortunatamente, lo abbiamo trovato inutilizzabile per noi. I tempi di risposta sono molto lenti, è molto rigido, non si può selezionare un primo piatto, la programmazione è molto macchinosa, la riprenotazione è molto confusa, ecc. Molte funzioni sono nascoste in moduli che devono essere prenotati separatamente (ad esempio, il display del registratore di cassa), e questo diventa evidente solo quando si inizia a lavorare con il programma. Abbiamo cambiato nuovamente sistema dopo poco meno di tre settimane. Abbiamo prenotato una licenza annuale, ma purtroppo Gastronovi/Sortec non ci accoglie in alcun modo. Da qui la valutazione ad una stella. Questo non è ciò che chiamiamo servizio clienti. È un vero peccato, quindi fate attenzione e valutate attentamente se questo sistema è la scelta giusta per la ristorazione svizzera. PS: Gastronovi cancella regolarmente le recensioni, il che dimostra quanto siano poco professionali...
Il nostro sistema POS Payyap è piccolo ed efficiente e si adatta perfettamente alla nostra attività. Il personale competente è prontamente disponibile per aiutare con qualsiasi problema.
Highly competent and friendly staff. Support is available 24/7 (in German) and truly delivers solutions. The systems and POS terminals are flexible, customizable, and very reasonably priced. I've also rented POS terminals for events here and received excellent service. Anyone looking for a POS system should request a quote and become a customer.

We used payyap from Baldegger + Sortec at the Weesen Lake Festival 2025 – at cash registers, stalls, bars, and in staffed tents. It was incredibly easy to use, the devices reliable, the price/performance ratio excellent, and the support flawless. Our stall managers and the entire organizing team were very satisfied. Highly recommended!
