Il personale è estremamente cordiale e accogliente. In più occasioni si sono uniti per un sano divertimento (soprattutto quando il gioco dbz era ancora disponibile), offrono aiuto se necessario e non ti fanno mai sentire a disagio o gravoso. La varietà di prodotti è ottima, anche se mi ritrovo a desiderare una gamma più ampia di libri classici.

se potessi mettere stelle negative lo farei. Negozio assolutamente orribile. Extremely rude staff, unhelpful and very very snobby. The moment you walk in you know you aren't welcome there. I had such a horrible experience that I was in tears by the time I walked out of the shop. I will absolutely never ever step another foot in this store, or any store of the same chain. And as I see from the rest of the reviews people have exactly the same experience as me. Non consiglierò mai a nessuno di fare acquisti lì. Fnac should be ashamed for this service and the stuff they hired. Sono assolutamente orribili.

Ho prenotato un articolo sul secondo sito Fnac live. Nessuna conferma via e-mail, a malapena sono riuscito a contattare qualcuno al telefono dopo 2 giorni di chiamata e nessuna e-mail sul sito da contattare via e-mail. Alla mia chiamata ho ricevuto risposta e l'articolo è stato venduto, non abbiamo avuto il tempo di verificare la prenotazione. Qual è lo scopo della prenotazione in questo caso? Un'impressione completamente negativa del servizio. Aggiornamento: ho ricevuto una risposta e sembra che si trattasse di informazioni errate. Ho ricevuto il mio articolo e sembra che tutto sia a posto.
