Camera pulita e grande con un'ottima illuminazione. Il materasso era molto comodo. La camera ha una bellissima vista sulle case locali e sul giardino con il suono rinfrescante del fiume. C'è un ascensore. Il personale è stato cordiale e ha fatto ogni sforzo per rendere il mio soggiorno confortevole. L'insalata mista e il filetto di pesce al forno erano eccellenti! Ci tornerei volentieri.
Ottima posizione, personale cordiale, se prendete una camera con balcone, splendida vista sul lago e sulle montagne, colazione semplice ma molto gustosa. Camere molto grandi e letto super comodo.||È sicuramente prima di tutto un ristorante e poi un hotel, ma è davvero …
Abbiamo usato solo il ristorante, quindi non possiamo commentare l'hotel stesso. Il cibo al ristorante era buono, ma il servizio era per lo più terribile. Per chiarire; la cameriera che ha preso la nostra ordinazione era gentile, ma purtroppo l'abbiamo vista solo una volta. Tutte le altre volte abbiamo interagito con qualcun altro e questo ha influenzato prevalentemente la nostra esperienza: - Quando siamo arrivati e abbiamo chiesto se potevamo sederci a qualsiasi tavolo fuori, la cameriera ci ha semplicemente fatto un cenno sprezzante e se ne è andata. - Quando abbiamo chiesto se avevano dei seggiolini per bambini, ci è stato indicato un'area per procurarceli da soli, senza alcun aiuto offerto. - Non mi è mai stato parlato dopo aver mangiato, mi sarebbe piaciuto un altro drink o forse anche un dessert, se mi fosse stata data la possibilità di ordinare qualcosa. - Non sono state usate parole gentili nelle frasi, non aspettarti ciao, grazie o buona serata.
A good place for a Swiss meal. The only issue was we were told the outdoor dining was full but they seated people there after us. It was strange. The schnitzel was good.
We had lunch there today (June 2025) - chose food from the lunch menu of the day. The latter was reasonably priced compared to the main menu. The food was delicious, the cocktails great and the service was amazing (forgot to get the lovely lady’s name). Walking distance from the Brienz train station and amazing views if you sit outside for lunch.
We dined only so no feedback on rooms. The meal wasn't cheap but it was a decent meal. We found better for less on our trip. Virtually no English was spoken here. FLIES FLIES FLIES!!! They were all over the outside eating area, and it was a real downer.
