Elisa - Bistro & Terrasse — Giessbach, 3855 Brienz, Switzerland

Dopo aver visitato le bellissime cascate di Giessbach, ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante vicino alla funicolare ed è stato il modo perfetto per concludere la visita. La posizione è assolutamente stupenda, con vista sul Lago di Brienz e il rumore della cascata in sottofondo. Il cibo era veramente buono: vitello e patate, freschi, ben presentati e soddisfacenti. Anche il servizio era eccellente: caloroso, attento ed efficiente. Consiglio vivamente se vi trovate in zona. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi, ammirare il panorama e godersi un pasto di qualità dopo aver esplorato le cascate.

Se sei interessato ad una vista meravigliosa, questo è il posto dove andare. C'è una bella area all'aperto dove sedersi e godersi tutto ciò che la natura ha da offrire. Noi siamo andati in autunno, faceva un po' freddo e abbiamo scelto di sederci all'interno, ma in una giornata primaverile è un bel posto dove sedersi e mangiare.

The. most gorgeous lunch spot I have ever seen! Staff was very friendly and even willing to take our photo. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous and is covered from the sun. The lake views are spectacular. The food was some of the best we had on our two week trip. It is on the pricy side but SO worth it, in my opinion! We even got a little surprise dessert to celebrate our anniversary ❤️

Staff, food, drink, and the gorgeous views- all outstanding! Easy to get to from the Interlaken Ost ferry terminal (about 1 hr ride), then up/down on the funicular (pay online or on site), or walk, visit the different stages of the Giessbach falls. Though a bit spendy, we felt it was truly worth it!

The bald guy is so disrespectful and rude for no reason!!!! When I told him my issue with the food being too bland and cold in a very calm and respectful way he was talking back to me in a very sarcastic way literally looked at his colleague making mockery faces mid conversation!!!!!! My table had 6 ppl and they all saw that, the audacity… Never in my life experienced something like this, kindergartners don’t even do that
