Sì, ho incontrato personalmente il signor Gafur Mulali, il recensore con una stella. È un tipo molto sgradevole. Quel sabato il negozio era pieno e tutti nascono con lo stesso problema di base e hanno solo due mani! Immagino che quando si effettuano tante riparazioni durante la settimana come fa il Bike Center Hegnau, e poi si vende il sabato, sicuramente danno priorità ai clienti abituali. Una volta il prodotto veniva riparato dove lo si acquistava e viceversa, ma ora l'importante è ottenere il servizio più economico online e poi aspettarsi che i rivenditori specializzati facciano i salti mortali di sabato! Per me persone del genere sono semplicemente inaccettabili di sabato. La mia risposta sarebbe stata: "Per favore, riportalo dove l'hai comprato per ripararlo" o "Avremo tempo la prossima settimana", come gli era stato offerto. Do cinque stelle al Bike Center Hegnau perché vivono e respirano veramente il loro mestiere e lo mantengono con professionalità.

The gears needed emergency repairs. No customer was there, the gentleman wasn't working on a bike, and he lamely turned me away. I'd have to make an appointment for a week later. On to Bike World, a friendly welcome, about 7 minutes of work, and the bike was perfect again.

Unfriendly and arrogant towards a long-time regular customer. I urgently needed a new rear tire. I wasn't able to change it within three days, even though I'm leading a planned group tour. Luckily, there's a friendly and understanding bike shop in Schwerzenbach.
