Lavoriamo con Parkotect ormai da tempo e siamo estremamente soddisfatti. Le auto parcheggiate illegalmente sono un problema difficile e spesso causano molti problemi – e Parkotect è stato di enorme aiuto in questo senso. Fin dal primo contatto tutto è stato professionale e diretto. La consulenza è stata competente e onesta, il processo di onboarding chiaro e semplice e puoi subito dire che le persone che lavorano qui sanno il fatto loro. Da quando abbiamo iniziato a collaborare con loro, la situazione nei nostri parcheggi è migliorata notevolmente. La comunicazione è affidabile, tutto viene gestito in modo rapido ed efficiente e i segnali che abbiamo ricevuto da Parkotect sono stati particolarmente utili: hanno già un notevole effetto preventivo. Siamo veramente grati e felici che tutto funzioni in modo così professionale ed efficiente. Li consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia gestire i propri parcheggi in modo organizzato e senza stress!

Da quando la società di controllo dei parcheggi ha iniziato ad operare qui, la situazione dei parcheggi è migliorata notevolmente. In precedenza i parcheggi per i visitatori erano costantemente bloccati dai veicoli di altre persone – ormai questo appartiene al passato. Ho avuto anche un problema con il mio parcheggio privato, che è stato risolto in modo semplice e veloce. Il servizio clienti è cordiale, affidabile e molto utile.

Hello everyone I want to warn you about the nasty scam this company uses to hand out fines. Be careful when they're around, especially an older man. They're also very unfriendly and threaten you with legal action, etc., and their customer service is also very unfriendly, resulting in high costs for nothing. They even check your license plate number and if there's a road closure, they charge you exorbitant fees, which is outrageous. Parking costs 120 CHF, and then they charge you a fine – it's outrageous! It should be illegal to have such a company in Switzerland. That's what the police are for, but whatever. I can only say be careful where they conduct their checks. They blend in with ordinary people and wait around. Then they go to your car, take photos, and even use the wrong car color! 😭😂😂 Then, about two months later, you get a nice letter with high costs, but there was no ticket on your car. It's outrageous that they wait two months. FRECH ATTENTION ATTENTION
