We visited the showroom and received expert and friendly advice, including a short tour of the production facilities. There was a mix-up with the delivery of the carpet we purchased, but Mr. Berchtold resolved the issue quickly and generously. A very pleasant company; Swiss made and Swiss finished at its best! The opening hours are incorrect. I've been there three times; it was closed twice. The third time, no one from customer service was present, so again, no sale. They offered lame excuses that the IT department didn't have time to update the opening hours on the website (during lockdown). The outlet has been closed for months anyway. There's a sign at the entrance saying "Temporarily closed due to illness." No one covering for them? A disastrous situation. Never again Ruckstuhl.
