NON consiglierei sicuramente di trattare con questa azienda in qualsiasi forma. Ho provato a ordinare prodotti specifici ma numerose telefonate e persino un'e-mail al proprietario Rene Mueller rimangono senza risposta dopo oltre un mese.
Non raccomandato. Abbiamo acquistato in anticipo licenze per immagini per oltre 400 franchi svizzeri, ma poi abbiamo avuto problemi di consegna, anche se non si trattava effettivamente di un articolo. Ne siamo stati informati solo su richiesta. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto la licenza. Tutto quello che abbiamo ricevuto è stato un messaggio che diceva che l'avevamo ricevuto e che dovevamo contattare direttamente la società di licenza. Stiamo cercando di ottenere questa licenza via e-mail da sei mesi senza successo. Quando abbiamo contattato ReAn Handels, non abbiamo nemmeno ricevuto risposta. Non ho mai sperimentato nulla di simile prima.
Ho ordinato un aspirapolvere, l'ho ricevuto, ma ora è difettoso. La mia richiesta è stata ignorata dal servizio clienti e non ricevo risposta da più di un mese.
I wouldn't recommend them again. Ordering a defective Xbox is understandable. But then having to solve the problem myself with the words, "Well, it has a warranty, I have to send it in myself and take care of it," is just outrageous, especially since I have a right to a new console! Their unfriendly approach of saying, "Send me the box, and I'll take care of it if you can't," isn't exactly customer-friendly. I just want a new box, not a refund. Well, we'll see what happens. P.S. They're still not easily reachable at the number they published.
So far, I've received all my orders very quickly and reliably! I'll update this review if my experience changes. Everything's been great so far, though!
This company is absolutely not recommended! I ordered three items in August and paid immediately. The first two items weren't delivered until October. Now, in December, the last item has finally arrived! In the meantime, I've tried calling at least 20 times, left three messages on their voicemail, sent emails, sent WhatsApp messages, posted a message on their website, and even called WIR Bank! NO RESPONSE!!! NO ANSWER!!! NOTHING AT ALL!! I will definitely never order anything from them again...
