Innanzitutto, che meravigliosa squadra medica, guidata dal dottor Kuhn e perdonami dottor Z per non avere l'ortografia completa del tuo nome. Soffrivo così tanto quando sono arrivato il 7 maggio dopo aver rotto una costola e perforato il polmone sinistro. I 2 medici e lo straordinario personale infermieristico. e i tecnici dei raggi X si sono davvero presi cura di me così come i commensali, anche se le scelte alimentari lasciavano un po' a desiderare, soprattutto per un diabetico di tipo 1 (patate bollite e formaggio per cena?)! Ad ogni modo, i medici e lo staff (sì, proprio tu Aline) si sono presi molta cura di me. Grazie a tutti. Ancora sofferente ma ora a casa

Dopo una brutta caduta e il pronto soccorso nel centro medico di Wengen, hanno concluso che avevamo bisogno di un chirurgo e sono stati mandati in questo ospedale. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile e il pronto soccorso ci stava aspettando. Siamo stati aiutati in modo molto veloce (soprattutto in pronto soccorso). Il medico che ci ha ricoverato, l'assistente medico e il chirurgo sono stati super cordiali e professionali. Crediamo di aver ricevuto la migliore assistenza possibile. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff medico!

Sono stato curato qui martedì 18 febbraio. Vorrei dire un ENORME GRAZIE a TUTTI quelli che mi hanno aiutato quel giorno. Un polso rotto è stato ingessato per il volo, insieme a una lettera per la compagnia aerea. Ospita molto, molto pulita e persone adorabili che mi hanno dato aggiornamenti molto chiari. Anche il mio ospedale locale è rimasto molto colpito. I miei migliori auguri a tutti i presenti!

We had a caesarean delivery here. We stayed in the house K, 2nd floor for 4 days. The care of the nurses and midwives was very good!!! I am writing this review to comment on how surprisingly bad the in-room meal system is. There are 3 meals and not 4. Breakfast is always the same and very basic and sometimes they forget the fruit or yoghurt. Dinner is a joke, very little in quantity, ultra light things like salad or fruit.... Lunch is usually a bit better. What prompted me to write this is not so much the poor quality of the food but also the people who come to take the orders and serve it. These people are almost rude, you work in a hospital, it's not a Mac Donalds! The lady comes to take the order 4 days before, she has no options (hard cheese or white cheese are the options...) it doesn't make any sense. And in the end they always change or forget something from what you order. The girls who serve the food come in loud and fast, shuffle the tray and then come all the time to ask if we are done. If you don't finish quickly, they leave your tray until the next day. And if you walk down the corridor when they retire the trays, you will see how they arrange the trays in a rough way and you can hear broken glass more than once. The hospital and the professionals are good, but the hospitality leaves a lot of room for improvement and I didn't want to let it go.

Clean, staff is quite friendly and the hole hospital is quite accessible. There's a small bar and a restaurant on the bottom floor.
