Azienda molto professionale e amichevole. Sono stati sempre molto gentili, professionali e puntuali. Ho risposto a tutte le mie domande, ho fatto il lavoro velocemente e bene, ho pulito dopo (hanno dovuto anche forare, ecc.). Sono molto soddisfatto del servizio. Il lavoro è stato svolto dal signor Dominik Hörnlimann e da un tirocinante. Sia durante il servizio che in sede aziendale ho potuto comunicare in inglese. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Un elettricista molto affidabile. La comunicazione è stata chiara e diretta e gli appuntamenti sono stati rispettati in tempo. Il lavoro, sia in ufficio che sul posto, è stato svolto in modo pulito e ordinato. Anche le modifiche più piccole sono state gestite senza problemi. Nel complesso, un servizio professionale e piacevole che consiglierei volentieri.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Emails go unanswered, there are no responses, and many things are simply forgotten. Overall, extremely unreliable – not recommended if you rely on professional and clear communication.

You should leave your workspace clean... as I work in construction myself, I know this all too well. It was just a power outlet, and they simply left the dust and cable remnants lying around... oh, and the outlet was even mounted crooked! Great job... Thank you for your feedback... Ignorant employees, this management style is deplorable. Without prior notice, workers in our UN garage installed cables, cable ducts, and sockets in the immediate vicinity of our parked car. They drilled holes in the ceiling and pillars with hammer drills, so the drilling dust covered our car. If I hadn't caught the two workers red-handed, they probably would have left after finishing. I wrote to the company but never received a reply. Unfortunately, I can't prove that the scratches were caused by the workers. This is concerning and despicable behavior from Unholz AG.
