Molto deluso. Ho acquistato l'offerta Sunrise Internet, ancor prima che fosse attivata, Sunrise ha aumentato il prezzo! Fondamentalmente è una truffa, stavo acquistando un prezzo ed è stato aumentato un mese prima ancora che fosse attivato. Ma non è tutto, il giorno dell'attivazione Sunrise si è dimenticata di farlo. Non possono risolverlo per il secondo giorno. Dato che lavoro da casa, è un disastro. Non riesco a contattare la hotline. Non lo consiglio!!!
Ottimi prodotti, ottimo servizio clienti, ottimo marchio... tutto sommato, la mia scelta preferita per l'e-shopping!

QoQa is truly fantastic. Many of their products are from the premium segment, which is why the prices are a bit higher. However, the value for money is excellent. Out of all my numerous orders, I've only had two defects/complaints, both of which were resolved easily and to my complete satisfaction. Especially with online and in-store shopping, this kind of service is exceptional and deserves the highest praise.
