Un altro punto importante per me è che posso sempre raggiungere qualcuno e non rimanere mai in attesa. Dato che non ho potuto scrivere una nuova recensione, vorrei menzionare la signora Furter; ha risolto un problema rimasto irrisolto per anni. Grazie!

Un ramo assicurativo AXA davvero esemplare! Il signor Kuhn è sempre disponibile, dà il massimo e i tempi di risposta sono semplicemente fantastici! È un piacere lavorare qui. A disgrace to the insurance industry. When it came to making money, they were always great. But as soon as there's a claim, things get complicated, and they try to cheat you. The AXA ARAG business legal protection policy was particularly bad. I was sold it through this branch at a very high price (twice as expensive as the second most expensive quote I had at the time). Two cases, two problems. In the second case, they even misplaced official documents, were unreachable for an extended period, received no response, and couldn't get through to their superiors. These "lawyers" don't even know that you have to demand proof of payment if someone from the opposing party claims to have paid the invoice (and that's just one small example among many). After they botched the sure(!) debt collection case, they refused to pay out anything close to the full amount. In my opinion, you should steer clear of them, especially since L. Tricola no longer works there.
