Dopo molti anni come cliente fedele, sono profondamente deluso dalle tue azioni. Alla fine del 2024 la mia assicurazione di protezione giuridica è stata disdetta dopo un caso giuridico senza alcun preavviso o spiegazione da parte vostra. Trovo che tale decisione senza previa comunicazione o discussione con il cliente sia del tutto inaccettabile. Ancora più incomprensibile è che anche mia moglie – che non ha mai avuto un caso legale – non sia più accettata da nessun altro assicuratore di protezione giuridica. Mi sarei aspettato più trasparenza, correttezza e professionalità da un grande assicuratore come AXA ARAG.
