Servizio irrispettoso! Dopo aver riparato la nostra macchina da caffè Ecomatic in Kantonsstrasse nel 6033 Buchrain oggi (14 agosto 2025, verso le 9:00), il tecnico Ecomatic ha scaricato i suoi viscidi residui di caffè direttamente nel bagno appena pulito. Un vero sfogo! Ha risposto al cortese avvertimento del nostro addetto alle pulizie di lunga data con commenti sciocchi e subliminali. Non è così che tratti le persone o il loro lavoro. Assolutamente poco professionale!

The vending machines are only working halfway decently :( Twint, cards, and coffee sticks are the problem areas. Or sometimes there's no coffee at all. I don't think the company realizes what this means for the workday. How much it affects the morale of hundreds of dissatisfied employees when they can't get their coffee. There are also new issues with the payment terminal; watch the videos.

These vending machines are the most unreliable I've ever used 😅 Daily malfunctions are normal. At least the service technicians arrive quickly.
