Buono e conveniente. La nuova integrazione dell'help desk è molto utile e ora è molto semplice creare un ticket online. Il tempo di risposta è eccellente. Il miglior negozio di computer del cantone Sciaffusa e non solo. Qui riceverai comunque ottimi consigli personalizzati. I PC vengono assemblati e configurati su richiesta. Soprattutto il signor Michel e il signor Mehr, ma anche il signor Werner, il signor Knappich e il signor Adam fanno un lavoro eccezionale. Il signor Knappich è sempre la persona giusta con cui parlare per una chiacchierata amichevole. Tutti i dipendenti sembrano molto competenti e altamente qualificati nei loro campi. Farò volentieri acquisti di nuovo qui; Ho consigliato questo negozio a tutti i miei amici.
I came by today with my self-built PC, having trouble booting up and having it recognize my keyboard, mouse, monitor—basically everything. The advice and service were fantastic: they replaced the motherboard, CPU, and RAM, and even tidied up my dusty mess of cables (😅) inside the case! I was able to pick up my upgraded computer just a few hours later, and they also gave me some valuable tips. A great team—I highly recommend them!
Everything you could want in terms of PCs, notebooks, printers, and anything else your heart desires in IT for small and medium-sized businesses and private users. All this with excellent advice from Uwe Knappich and his professionally trained and courteous staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store.
I've been there three times with my laptop, and only once was they able to help, which involved ordering a new power adapter. The staff doesn't seem genuinely interested in the issue. If they can't fix it (because it's too expensive or too complicated), they leave you hanging. They offer no tips or suggestions on what else you could try to solve the problem. Otherwise, they're very friendly, but expensive.
