Transport performance within the Bern agglomeration was o.k. Unfortunately, a glass table was damaged during transport by the moving staff because it was not adequately protected (I was there and saw the reason), but the company still refused to cover the damage. After the service had been provided, I was "surprised" with additional arrival and departure costs to be paid in cash, even though the offer did not include these costs. And anyone who thinks the name “real Confederates” is wrong is mistaken. My recommendation: stay away Addendum: There was never a lawyer involved. The damage was too small for that. Allegations of fraud are completely unfounded.

Perfectly organized and executed! Since I lived in the old town, where parking is limited, they officially reserved a parking space for moving day. A furniture lift was needed for the larger pieces, while the smaller items were carried down the stairs in the meantime, allowing my move to be completed in record time. The new apartment had ample parking and, thankfully, a large elevator. Excellent service, thank you!
