Abbiamo affidato ad Alpsstyle Immobilien la vendita della nostra casa vacanze nell'Oberland bernese. Questo processo è durato ben sei mesi ed è stato gestito in modo molto professionale e con nostra completa soddisfazione. Dalla consulenza iniziale alla vendita, la comunicazione è stata sempre molto amichevole e abbiamo sicuramente beneficiato della vasta esperienza di Alpsstyle. A tutte le domande è stata data risposta tempestiva e tutte le disposizioni necessarie sono state gestite con competenza. Possiamo quindi consigliare vivamente Alpsty Immobilien AG.
Volevamo acquistare un immobile ma abbiamo scoperto di essere stati male informati su un punto molto importante. L'accordo di prenotazione era incompleto. Mancavano il prezzo di vendita e altri dettagli! Il manager voleva concludere rapidamente la vendita e si è rifiutato di correggere l'accordo. La comunicazione è diventata ostile e inutile. A nostro avviso questo comportamento è del tutto inaccettabile. Non possiamo raccomandare Alpsstyle.
La valutazione dell'immobile è stata effettuata con competenza dall'amministratore delegato e documentata in modo impeccabile. Collaborazione competente, affidabile e molto piacevole.
While communication wasn't entirely seamless, the managing director is extremely courteous and solution-oriented. She personally took the time to resolve all issues, which I greatly appreciate. The website is also very well designed and features beautiful photos of high-quality properties.
Viewing in Erlenbach im Simmental :) Very demotivated real estate agent, no welcome, no hello / disastrous and extremely unfriendly. Her response was that I should do more research online than she actually asked any questions. I practically had to drag information out of her. Therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend her. And because of her behavior, nothing from Alpstyle Immobilien is of interest to me anymore.
Arrogant contact, "Have you got the financing sorted?" "I keep showing the property to people..." And then not getting back to them as agreed to view the property. Absolutely unacceptable...
