Il peggior servizio clienti con cui mi sia mai capitato di entrare in contatto. Volevo restituire il mio Tower Garden pagando un costo di rifornimento, ho effettuato l'ordine più di 10 giorni fa, ancora niente, l'ho pagato, non ho idea di quanto ci vogliano 2 settimane per organizzare il ritiro del pacco. Penso che questo sia inaccettabile in questo mondo.

Ho ordinato un Tower Garden per quasi 1000 euro, ho dovuto chiamare 4 volte e aspettare più di mezzo mese prima che arrivasse.

One point for the impressive products. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service has declined dramatically in the last 10-15 years. - poor accessibility - declining competence of customer service - infrequent replies to emails - abysmally long delivery times after payment It's a shame that the fantastic team from 20-30 years ago is no longer with them. If you add extra products, customer service adds them individually, making them more expensive (e.g., berries and Omega). Customer service doesn't offer a cheaper option to switch to a complete package. I wasted several hundred euros on this before realizing the complete package was cheaper. A rip-off! I used to wholeheartedly recommend Juice Plus+. Unfortunately, I can no longer do so.

The company constantly advertises with countless studies praising how great their products are, but these studies, if they can be found at all, are never independent. An apple a day is healthier than such a ridiculous capsule and far cheaper. Why not take a look at the truly independent article by Kurzrock et al. (2010) in "The American Journal of Medicine"? doi: 10.1016/j.amjmed.2009.06.025
