La mia esperienza dal momento in cui ho contattato Santiago, il volto di Punto Hispano, è stata un gioco da ragazzi. È un paese dove nessuno ti regala nulla, ma lui e il suo team hanno reso il mio arrivo molto più semplice e mi hanno assicurato che non si trattava assolutamente di una truffa. Ogni membro del suo team ha un ruolo specifico e sono professionali al 100%.
La mia esperienza è stata eccellente. Li ho trovati tramite un post su un account Instagram che seguo, dove offrivano una stanza in Svizzera. Santiago mi ha gentilmente contattato e mi ha inviato foto e video delle camere che avevano a disposizione. Queste stanze, tra l'altro, sono registrate, il che è molto importante se vieni in Svizzera; dovresti prestare molta attenzione a questo, poiché non tutte le stanze sono registrate. Le stanze sono molto ben collegate, con stazioni ferroviarie, supermercati, farmacie e scuole nelle vicinanze. Sono scelti strategicamente e il servizio di pulizia è compreso nel prezzo (cosa molto importante per me quando condivido un appartamento). All'inizio non nego che ero un po' diffidente, perché so che in Svizzera ci sono molte truffe. Ma una cosa molto importante da sottolineare è che hanno uffici fisici. Mi sono recato di persona per firmare il contratto e per un breve colloquio. Santiago ha spiegato molto gentilmente tutto sulle camere e su altri importanti servizi che offrono. Aiutano con i curriculum, forniscono lezioni di inglese e tedesco (il tedesco è essenziale se vieni a Zurigo), consulenza legale e altro ancora. Oltre ad essere un'azienda su cui puoi fare affidamento per qualsiasi domanda tu possa avere, aiutandoti a evitare errori costosi una volta arrivato in Svizzera, è un'azienda rispettabile e legittima con un forte impegno nel servizio clienti. È fondamentale scegliere saggiamente il proprio fornitore di assistenza perché, come ho già detto, in circolazione ci sono molti truffatori. Quindi, consiglio questa azienda se stai pensando di fare il grande passo, in modo da non perdere tempo o denaro in Svizzera.

Mi hanno aiutato con tutte le pratiche amministrative, spiegandomi pazientemente ogni passaggio nella mia lingua, molto apprezzata in Svizzera. È chiaro che si preoccupano sinceramente dei loro clienti e offrono soluzioni personalizzate. Senza dubbio un'agenzia di assoluta fiducia per la comunità ispanofona di Zurigo. Altamente raccomandato.

I'm very happy with them, and especially with Santi, who practically saved my life the day I arrived! I was stranded in Zurich with nowhere to sleep. I managed to get in touch with Santi, and he offered to pick me up personally in St. Gallen since he was working there and it was almost 10:00 PM. He showed me several options he had at that moment and took me to the room that suited me best. Besides the help he offered, he answered any questions I had immediately. He's a super reliable guy, and it's almost like he's available 24/7, haha. I've also been able to visit their offices, and everything is very efficient. I highly recommend them based on my experience, and I'm sure that if I need to do any kind of paperwork, I'll use both his help and that of his team!
