La celebrazione del 90° anniversario del formaggio Strähl il 6 settembre 2025 è stata assolutamente di prim'ordine. Cara "Famiglia del formaggio Strahl", Ieri sera abbiamo potuto festeggiare con voi una fantastica festa. Ancora una volta posso dire che le feste a sfondo agricolo sono il meglio che la nostra bella Svizzera ha da offrire. Grazie per il catering generoso e vario con cibi e bevande. Anche il programma collaterale, condotto da Thomas Götz, alias NR Arnold Schnyder, è stato di prim'ordine. Con l'imponente mago tirolese e poi la suggestiva band da festa MAXiN abbiamo potuto trascorrere con voi una serata, o meglio una mattinata, fantastica. Grazie ancora!
Già da tempo regaliamo ai nostri amici austriaci il formaggio Appenzeller e l'Emmentaler. Lo adorano sempre. Tutti ci chiedono sempre se gliene daremo un altro. Adesso abbiamo preparato a casa il mix per la fonduta di formaggio fatta in casa. Assolutamente fantastico! Complimenti enormi!
I discovered Raclette cheese at Denner, aged for 5 months and sliced thinly. I was thrilled – it melted beautifully and stayed that way until the very last bite. Thank you for this delicious Raclette cheese!
