Se fosse possibile non darei nemmeno una stella. Ho ricevuto un'e-mail dalla Bigler Immobilien e volevo firmare il contratto, ma poi mi hanno detto che non avrei preso l'appartamento, sostenendo che non sarei stato adatto all'edificio a causa dei bambini e che è troppo rumoroso... Molto poco professionale e semplicemente squallido.

The apartment doesn't need to be cleaned. Bigler AG always finds a way to avoid returning the deposit. When I was leaving, they said I'd lost the key. We agreed to order a copy for 60-70 Fr. The bill for the lost key ended up being 1800 Fr!!! Until I complained, they didn't send the documents. Be careful!!!

We arranged an appointment to view the apartment, arrived at the property on time, and no one from the management showed up. When I inquired, they simply said that dogs weren't allowed, no apology, nothing at all.
