Bei vestiti ma addetto alle vendite inutile. Abbiamo acquistato una giacca che è stata messa in saldo 2 giorni dopo e non ci hanno permesso di restituirla e di prendere lo sconto e poi abbiamo parlato di noi in seguito.

Abbiamo preso l'edizione Bronzo degli sci (tre diversi livelli offerti: Oro, Argento e Bronzo). Non ci aspettavamo molto dato che sono la categoria di prezzo più bassa, tuttavia erano davvero pessime e secondo noi non dovrebbero essere offerte per il noleggio (nessun vantaggio). Non è stato molto divertente usarli. Uno sci senza spigoli dovrebbe essere offerto solo ai principianti assoluti. Avremmo apprezzato se ci avessero detto che le categorie non riguardano la qualità o quante volte sono già state utilizzate o. cose come queste, ma apparentemente solo riguardo al livello di abilità.

I bought a jacket in an emergency, but unfortunately it's too big. After two hours, I asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size. They gave me a flimsy excuse: they said it couldn't be exchanged because it had apparently been worn. I didn't want to start an argument, but that's unacceptable service. I guess I'll just buy online or from a large retailer. What a shame. I will definitely advise against shopping at that store. It should be noted that the jacket was clean and had only been tried on once.
