Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Kreuz & Post Grindelwald è stato assolutamente meraviglioso. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, ci siamo sentiti veramente accolti e curati. Il servizio era eccezionale, la camera era confortevole e ben tenuta, e il bar era un posto incantevole in cui rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori. Ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata la dedizione e l'eccezionale ospitalità di tutto il team. Un ringraziamento molto speciale a Jezmim e Ailen, il cui servizio fenomenale, gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso la nostra esperienza indimenticabile. Sono stati sempre disponibili, attenti al nostro benessere e sempre gentili. La posizione è fantastica, comoda vicino a tutto: stazione ferroviaria, impianti di risalita, ristoranti, negozi, supermercato, farmacia e altro ancora. Questo rende incredibilmente facile spostarsi. Anche il ristorante dell'hotel è molto buono e rappresenta un'opzione eccellente, soprattutto perché la città offre scelte gastronomiche relativamente limitate. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Grindelwald. Ha davvero migliorato la nostra intera esperienza e ci torneremmo volentieri.

Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Kreuz&Post è stato fantastico! È proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria a meno di 1 minuto a piedi. La camera era pulitissima e confortevole, con una splendida vista su Grindelwald. Il personale della reception era incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile. Era perfetto per esplorare la zona e abbiamo apprezzato la deliziosa colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.
The nicest, kindest, most helpful people ever found in Grindelwald manage this hotel - and it's a high bar, since on all of our stays here we came across very nice people. The hotel rooms are spatious and clean, with superb views over the mountains, which is always nice to have when the weather isn't too inviting outside :) . There is parking, ski room, a spa, a very nice restaurant, and discounts for the local pool and gym. The breakfast has a nice diversity of dishes including vegan. The hotel is located in the very center of the town and near the train and bus stations. Their restaurant is fantastic value for money (tasty, large portions, with locally sourced ingredients) and they provide room service. We loved being here for a long weekend and look forward to coming back to K&P in the summer.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a true mountain feel — warm, authentic, and full of charm. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast simply outstanding, with plenty of fresh local options. The spa area, terrace, and relaxation room were fantastic — perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The bed was very comfortable, and the room quiet and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I’d happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing alpine experience.
