Il peggior servizio di trasporto che abbia mai sperimentato in Svizzera in quasi 10 anni come titolare dell'abbonamento generale. L'autista è rimasto alla fermata dell'autobus a Bussalp con il suo veicolo per almeno 15 minuti, poiché è arrivato così presto - e in qualche modo è riuscito a partire 5 minuti più tardi del previsto e così siamo arrivati ​​a Grindelwald con troppo ritardo e abbiamo perso la coincidenza per Interlaken Ost. Poiché abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'altra ora per il treno successivo, abbiamo visto che la stessa identica cosa è successa ai viaggiatori successivi che sono arrivati ​​con il Grindelwald-Bus. Con lo stesso identico autista, che tra l'altro è stato molto scortese con noi fin dall'inizio.

Ho appena pagato quasi il doppio per un viaggio a Bussalp rispetto all'anno scorso. Un adulto, salita e discesa senza AG o metà prezzo costa 78 CHF. Questo è più di uno skipass giornaliero per l'intera regione della Jungfrau. Si tratta di un’usura al limite. Se scendi con lo slittino a metà strada risparmi circa 20 CHF. Ma la pista da slittino era pessima e mi dispiace per tutti quelli che hanno pagato 60 franchi per questo. Ci andavo più volte all'anno. Oggi è stata l'ultima volta. Non ho idea di cosa abbia pensato l'azienda quando ha fissato questo prezzo. Posso solo pensare che ci sia qualcosa di politico in corso. Oppure qualcuno cerca di derubare le persone che sono già lì e poi torna a casa o paga un prezzo estremamente alto. In ogni caso. Perderanno centinaia di clienti abituali.

Most crazy experience in my life. We barely escaped with our life, as we went down the sledding track at Bussalp. We knew the road was shared with the busses coming up to offload more sledders, so we went in a resonable pace downhill on alert, but were still cought completely by surprise when turning a corner: out of the blue and with no signal warning were three busses coming up hell bent and braking for nobody. We had perhabs 20 m to stop on a sloping road which turned out to be impossible. Reaction took over and we had to throw ourselves to the side, rolling past the bus wheels down along the side of the bus. The driver never stopped to check on us. Naturally we were extremely shaken, so we decided ditch the sled and go for a walk instead. On our way up with the bus we agaain saw several near-accidents where people had to throw themselves to the side to prevent a fatality. Un-be-lievable!!! This would NEVER fly in any other civilized country. Why on earth dont they have a car drive in front to stop ongoing traffic before the busses coming crashing into you? The horn is NOT loud enough to be heard, and is not used all the way up or down either. Irresponsible, dangerous and not worth your life. Find another place.

We had a frustrating experience with the bus service as we paid for it but had to wait for an hour and a half before anyone picked us up. Furthermore, when we waited for the bus to take us back, it was delayed by 30 minutes, causing us to walk to catch our train.

27 CHF for a 10km/10min bus ride from Gr. Sheidegg to Grindelwald. What a rip off. Stealing money from the tourist. Total disgrace! 10 CHF should be max!
