Complimenti al Sig. Mumenthaler per il suo servizio/consiglio e il suo lavoro meticoloso e preciso. Il frigorifero funziona di nuovo perfettamente. E tutto questo ad un costo inferiore al preventivo. → Merita una raccomandazione a 5 stelle!
For me, this is a perfect company, and Mr. Mumenthaler is a superb service technician—the best, in my opinion! He arrived, looked at the washing machine, and after 15 minutes told me a valve was defective, which he would have to order, and then the washing machine would be working again. If I had gone with the Miele or V-Zug technician, the first thing he would have said would have been: "You know, a 12-year-old machine isn't worth repairing anymore..." That's why I recommend supporting small businesses, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Willi Biser!

Very friendly, competent, and customer-oriented! The problem was solved after a phone call, the replacement part was picked up from Willi Biser Services, installed, and that was it! Excellent! I would gladly use their services again!
