Oggi mi sono recato alla filiale di Swiss Bankers a Grosshöchstetten per chiedere informazioni sull'apertura di un conto, ma ho incontrato una donna molto strana che lavorava in banca e mi ha chiesto di andarmene. Fai attenzione a non recarti lì per aprire un conto; è meglio farlo per telefono, perché potresti dover affrontare comportamenti offensivi che ti rovinano la giornata invece di renderla un'esperienza piacevole entrando a far parte di una nuova banca.

Ho ricaricato le carte solo perché i soldi non si riflettessero mai sulla carta. Dopo aver attirato l'attenzione su questo, le carte sono state bloccate e lo sono state per almeno un mese di avanti e indietro. Considerando che due anni fa ho avuto delle carte bloccate che non sono mai state sbloccate, le mie speranze che la questione venga risolta sono basse. Problemi inaccettabili e servizio inaccettabile da parte di una società di elaborazione dei pagamenti.

Servizio clienti zero, l'app è piena di bug, hanno ricevuto 3320 chf dei miei soldi per oltre 6 settimane e non verranno trasferiti sul mio conto bancario. È una truffa totale.

What a nightmare! Been trying to figure it out where did my recharge of a swissbankers travelcash went for about a week. Customer support is basically useless, giving the same answers over and over they will tell you everyday that will contact back and get your situation resolved but never happening. I highly recommend to everyone stay away

I am very disapointed with SWISS BANKERS. I’ve difficult to get a new PIN CODE as i don’t know my PIN CODE and I can’t do a payment when i have to do a payment and i need to put my PIN CODE. It was my husband making this card for me. They even doesn’t wanna mention to me who is the owner of the card or who is the person making this card because of the security reason. It was absolutely my husband. How can they don’t trust me. They even can have all my data if needed. I anyways won’t have brave to do stealing the money from other people if it’s not my money, otherwise i will be going into PRISON if i do stealing. I am very disappointed with SWISS BANKERS. I WILL NO MORE USING SWISS BANKERS!!! Their customer service doesn’t help and keep their customer stay forever!!! Say “NO” to SWISS BANKERS very disappointed. 💔💔💔💔💔
