If there were a prize for the rudest staff at a waste collection point, I'd give you the Oscar. Being yelled at because you're too lazy to work is unacceptable. I'm still a customer, and if you don't want any more customers dumping their waste at your place, then please put up a big poster at the entrance or, for heaven's sake, hire staff who have at least attended a course on how to deal with customers!

I'm surprised by the many positive comments, as my experience has mostly been one of indifference from employees. Most recently, I witnessed a woman trying to rescue a brand-new flowerpot from complete destruction, only to be prevented from doing so because it was company property. Immediately after she left, disappointed, the item was deliberately destroyed. I don't see what's wrong with allowing something to be used for a few more years! In other landfills, I've even seen a special area reserved for undamaged items…

A disgrace to the Grimm J. AG company. My mailbox was damaged during the collection of the skip. Neither a note nor a message was left behind. I assumed someone would contact me about the damage. Unfortunately, no such luck. Since I then overlooked the incident, I contacted them belatedly. The Grimm representative simply said, "Anyone could say that." What kind of statement is that from a company like Grimm? If the Grimm representative had used their brain even a little bit, assuming they have any cells, their statement wouldn't be accurate! Not just anyone could say that, as the date, location, and time are clearly visible in the photo. This level of understanding seems to have been too much for the employee; instead, they acted very dismissively and aggressively towards their customers. I certainly cannot and will not recommend Grimm to anyone. I would rather share my experience and the uncompromising attitude of Grimm J. AG.
