Dal 21 agosto 2025 aspetto un preventivo per una ristrutturazione completa del tetto, compresi i pannelli solari. Nonostante abbia seguito due volte, non ho mai ricevuto nulla. Mi è stato detto che il preventivo sarebbe stato preparato presto. Da un'azienda rispettabile mi aspetto almeno una risposta, anche un rifiuto. A mio parere, tale comportamento la dice lunga sulla qualità dell'azienda.
Even during the renovation, the employees from WB Bürgin were strange. Instead of ringing our doorbell, they climbed in through our neighbor's balcony... after just under five years, we now have a crack in one spot. Unfortunately, this obvious warranty claim was simply rejected. Further inquiries were only answered after repeated follow-up. The quote for the repair was twice as expensive as others...
We had this company extend our balcony and install a completely new railing. Our experience was entirely positive; everything went smoothly from consultation to completion, the result is impressive, and customer communication was excellent. Highly recommended!
On our loggia/balcony, the company WB Bürgin installed the raised floor (on stilts) including the ceramic tiles. They've made six attempts to fix it (twice, no one even showed up for the scheduled appointment), and it's still not right. The floor isn't level, the tiles are popping out, and someone even cut their foot on the rough drain grates. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company.
