Hotel e ristorante di eccezionale qualità. Il menu presenta una raffinata selezione di piatti, ciascuno preparato con grande attenzione al sapore e alla presentazione. La carta dei vini è altrettanto impressionante e offre abbinamenti che completano perfettamente la cucina. Ogni portata ha superato le nostre aspettative, lasciandoci assolutamente soddisfatti. Una visita imperdibile per i viaggiatori esigenti che passano per Gstaad.
Purtroppo non ci sono molte cose positive da dire su questo hotel. La posizione è fantastica, proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria di Gstaad e nel cuore di Gstaad, vicino a tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Tuttavia, il personale era scortese, inutile e quasi tutti quelli con cui ho parlato avevano un atteggiamento passivo-aggressivo e sembravano odiare il proprio lavoro. Le camere sono al massimo mediocri e sicuramente non valgono il prezzo di quasi £ 800 a notte. Alla fine ci siamo trasferiti a Ultima Gstaad, dove consiglio vivamente di soggiornare a chiunque legga questo. Le camere sono estremamente lussuose e il servizio offerto dal personale è fuori dal mondo. Aggiornamento: inoltre non è un grande fan che, mentre esaminava queste recensioni, ha notato che il proprietario fornisce informazioni personali su ciascuno dei soggiorni dei clienti che lasciano recensioni negative. A mio parere, non lo ritengo molto professionale e sembra che il proprietario diventi molto polemico quando riceve un feedback negativo quando in realtà dovrebbe cercare modi per ridurre il feedback negativo risolvendo i problemi interni dell'hotel
Perfettamente situato a 50 metri dalla stazione di Gstaad e vicino al lungomare, questo hotel a conduzione familiare offre molti vantaggi.|Camere ampie, molto confortevoli con una bella vista per chi è orientato verso il Palazzo. Bagni ben attrezzati. Il più grande…
Unfortunately, my experience at Bernerhof Gstaad was very disappointing due to poor treatment and lack of understanding from the staff. There was no professionalism in the way we were spoken to, and the attitude was unhelpful and unfriendly. When we raised our concern, no effort was made to solve the issue or even listen properly. For a hotel in such a location, I expected better customer service and respect. Sadly, that was not the case. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good service and a pleasant stay. لا انصح العرب السكن فيه وموظفة الاستقبال خايسه وكلبه
Do not stay in summer. Do NOT Stay in Summer. The hotel doesn’t have AC, but that isn’t the problem. The problem is that you must sleep with the windows open (our room was 88°F) and the hotel has 4 restaurants at the bottom. So you have two choices: 1) Squirm in Heat and not Sleep 2) Listen to loud people and smell cigarettes all night and not sleep I asked my travel agent to see if there was something she could do, so she contacted the front desk and they brought us fans (this was a nice attempt). Then when the other room as part of our party (front desk didn’t know we were together) asked for a fan, they told them “we don’t have fans for guests.” So I guess because my agent called and put pressure on them they gave us fans, but not “ordinary guests” like the others in our party. So basically, they lied. They did have fans. Additionally our room was directly above their break area where the employees go to smoke at night. So, all night, smoke from employees coming into our room. The maids would come in and turn off our fans when they’d come in the room as well. So odd. Lastly, paid for express laundry service for same day service. Almost 48 hours later we received it (after finally asking where our clothes were). Listen- it’s a decent hotel in a prime location in literally one of my favorite towns in Switzerland if not even the world. BUT, they’re stingy and don’t want to go the extra mile to help their customers. Be prepared to feel gaslit if you ask about finding a way to cool off. Bummer.
Wonderful hotel in the heart of lovely Gstaad. Located two steps from the pedestrian street. Spacious room. Well maintained and decorated hotel with wooden architecture reflecting the nature of Switzerland’s villages. Offer free car parking within few steps from the hotel. Breakfast area is wonderful but menu is limited.
