Il pacco è stato semplicemente lasciato davanti alla nostra porta (abitiamo sulla strada principale e c'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio davanti all'ingresso). Eravamo a casa e nessuno ha suonato il campanello. Naturalmente il pacco è stato rubato e Planzer ora nega ogni responsabilità. È stata attivata l'assicurazione legale.
I leader di mercato quando si tratta di NON consegnare i pacchi in tempo. I pacchi vengono costantemente consegnati in ritardo. La comunicazione inesistente ed il pessimo servizio di tracciamento completano il quadro. Che scherzo! A Planzer: Sarò felice di inviare ulteriori informazioni via e-mail. Supplemento: CHF 2.00
L'autista consegna nel posto sbagliato, il servizio clienti si rifiuta di fare qualsiasi cosa.
The package was supposed to be left in a weatherproof spot at the front door. Instead, it was left in front of the garage in the rain. Everything is soaked. Incompetent.
I paid €89 for secure transport with a signature for a bike. Planzer delivered it without a signature (I feel cheated). They simply left the bike in the hallway, even with a broken brake lever, without saying a word. When I called, Planzer tried to weasel their way out of it and did nothing. This is no way to achieve customer satisfaction – they just take the money but do nothing else.
"You can leave the package." The package will not be left. "Not delivered - delivery notice left." No delivery notice left. I needed on-time delivery...
