Il nostro pasto faceva parte della mezza pensione, quindi le opzioni del menu sono state migliorate rispetto a quelle offerte ai numerosi gruppi di tour seduti tra noi. Il servizio è molto germanico in quanto è veloce e incisivo. I camerieri erano disponibili e parlavano diverse lingue europee. Detto questo, il nostro pasto era un'opzione per portata e il cameriere principale ha faticato a ottenere la traduzione di ciò che stavamo ottenendo in modo accurato, ma abbastanza buono. Non è stato un pasto abbondante ma abbastanza carino, in un ambiente piuttosto carino.

Uno dei posti peggiori che abbia mai visitato in vita mia. Non meritano una stella Michelin. 1. Il pesce che abbiamo ordinato per un bambino era SCADUTO. Puzzava di spazzatura, oltre che di sapore. 2. Quando abbiamo chiesto di sostituirlo con l'hamburger per bambini, la carne nell'hamburger era CRUDA. Carne cruda per bambino!!!! 3. Le «verdure al wok con sesamo» si sono rivelate verdure crude che galleggiavano letteralmente nell'olio, insapore, senza sesamo, con pezzi bruciati, come se fosse il contorno incompiuto di qualcuno. 4. La bistecca era una gomma.

So sad. This place used to be owned and operated by a lovely couple that poured their heart and soul into it and provided a magical experience. Since then it was apparently bought buy a large corporation who has sucked the soul out of it and ruined a once fantastic restaurant. The service was atrocious. We waited 2 hours for salads to arrive. Half the table got drinks immediately, the other half an hour later. Food came out hap hazardly and not as described on the menu. When it was bright to the waiter’s attention that the meal delivered was not at all as described in the menu he simply laughed and said, “the chef is in a mood tonight.” Multiple tables were sending their meals back. The place was sad and half empty. The efforts to cut corners and reduce costs were evident everywhere. All members of our party instantly felt sick after the meal. Just heartbreaking to see such a lovely restaurant ruined.

Only 4 reviews by the time we ate here. Completely disagreed with the two 1 star reviews complaining about service so thought Id chime in. Very happy with the experience. Breathtaking view, friendly and impressively multilingual staff who were highly knowledgeable of the menu and offered a great wine recommendation. Food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Everything we ordered today was soooo awesome! Delicious all the way from bread, starter, steak, pork chop and crème brûlée.
