Non do una stella a questo negozio. Purtroppo devo regalarne uno per lasciare una recensione!! Il modo in cui ci hanno derubato è semplicemente incredibile. Due materassi da 200x90 cm – "Sì, li abbiamo, puoi portarli subito con te." Controllato tutto alla cassa, sembrava tutto a posto. Caricati i materassi. Li apri a casa, li fai arieggiare, li metti nella struttura del letto: non entrano! Fantastico, di sabato pomeriggio. Ho chiamato, ma non mi hanno aiutato molto. Quando ho richiamato, un venditore ha detto che avrebbero dovuto detrarre il 20% del prezzo di acquisto se li avessi restituiti. Dopo tanto avanti e indietro le ho suggerito di chiamare Interlaken, perché mi aveva detto che avevano due materassi delle giuste dimensioni. Che inconveniente! A nessuno importava che dovessi trasportare di nuovo i materassi dopo averli aperti. Nessuna scusa, nessun risarcimento. Preferiscono dare la colpa dell'errore ai colleghi piuttosto che lavorare in squadra e agire con competenza. Non metterò mai più piede in questo ramo. Preferirei andare a Interlaken, il servizio è decisamente migliore.

I called 12 times during working hours, on several days at various times. I left messages on the answering machine twice, requesting a callback. I ordered a bed frame online and haven't received a confirmation email, despite using the correct email address. At the Heimberg store: The male employee couldn't even greet us after we female customers waited 17 minutes (!!) at the checkout to pay. The store was in complete chaos. All the employees were unloading, no one was at the register, and everyone was out in the back smoking. Very disappointing. And I'm still waiting for a callback.

It's actually a great store to shop in. Unfortunately, an item I came specifically for, which was listed as available online and confirmed upon inquiry, was nowhere to be found. I had to buy something else, and it would have been great if they had offered me at least a small discount.

Jysk is a disaster – NEVER AGAIN. I spent over CHF 1,000 on an order (beds, mattresses, blankets, etc. for a rented apartment/shared flat). The bed was delivered, but the slatted frame wasn't. Customer service claims everything was delivered – which is simply not true. A bed without a slatted frame is unusable. Since then: no response, no solution, no responsibility. This is no way to treat customers. I will never buy anything from Jysk again and will advise everyone I know against it. I have never experienced such incompetence in Switzerland.
