Sensazionale! I prodotti di questa manifattura di carne valgono ogni centesimo. Qui "la salsiccia" è ancora quello che era in origine: un prodotto a base di carne raffinata e non, come purtroppo accade oggi, l'utilizzo di tagli scadenti o addirittura scarti di macellazione. Non vedo l'ora che arrivi la testa di vitello, la trippa, i bratwurst, il ragù di agnello e in autunno sicuramente la selvaggina. Massima qualità. Altamente raccomandato.
