We've been IEC customers for years, but until now we've only had a few interactions with them. However, even those interactions have always been entirely satisfactory. Our old copier finally gave up the ghost on February 6th, 2025, and on February 10th, 2025, a new one was delivered and installed, and the broken one was taken away for disposal – now that's what we call customer-oriented service. We are completely satisfied with the advice, service, and support!
I was more than impressed by the reliability and service orientation of IEC Schweiz AG. Whether purchasing a new multifunction device or simply ordering copier paper, everything worked flawlessly and reliably. A few days after commissioning the new device, an employee from IEC Schweiz AG even called to check whether everything was working as expected or if we had any further questions. What service!
