Una donna molto ostile con i capelli corti si lamenta costantemente con la gente di Valora e non tiene conto di chi deve lavorare o è solo in pausa di 15 minuti. Quando lavora preferisco comprare le sigarette da Denner; lì l'attesa è più breve! E il personale è davvero amichevole con il cliente.

Il personale è seccato e molto stressato. Visito questo chiosco abbastanza spesso, ma mi sembra che la loro cordialità sia in costante calo. Purtroppo ho dovuto riviverla ieri. Spettegolano anche sui clienti che se ne vanno o sono appena usciti dal chiosco, come ieri quando il cliente davanti a me ha consegnato il suo biglietto della lotteria per la verifica. Non capisco perché il personale si lasci andare così e sfoghi il suo cattivo umore sui clienti. È un peccato; dopo la mia visita di ieri, sarei stato un cliente abituale per molto tempo.

Sono cliente del chiosco da anni, almeno settimanalmente. I dipendenti sono sempre molto gentili e disponibili, anche quando è occupato! Mille grazie a tutto il team!

I was there this evening and had to listen to the cashier chatting with the customer in front of me for a full two minutes. When I asked to be able to pay for my things quickly, she became rude and insulting. Very disappointing.

It's all well and good that you can buy packages and VBL tickets at the kiosk, but having to wait almost 10 minutes while the lady explains everything to her from A to Z... annoying... there are people who still have things to do, and then you get served rudely on top of it... I'm not going there again.

On Saturdays, Migros closes at 5 p.m. The kiosk closes at 4 p.m. It couldn't be any more stupid!
