Se hai rispetto per te stesso, non utilizzare i servizi di questa azienda. Certamente non te ne mostreranno nessuno. Capisco che gli errori accadano, ma con altre società di solito troverai supporto e una pronta soluzione. Purtroppo, non è questo il caso qui.
Non solo non ho ricevuto il pacco, mi è stato anche chiesto di pagarlo, e inoltre per contestarlo ho dovuto creare un sacco di account di merda perché non sanno come fare un semplice sito web. Azienda di rifiuti
CHIUSO PERMANENTE! Sono appena arrivato qui ieri e l'ho segnalato a Google. Stanno esaminando il mio rapporto. Non perdere tempo... non esiste!
Worst delivery service in Switzerland
Very poor service! I've been waiting for my expensive package for over a month, and the "delivery service" still hasn't delivered it. When I inquired, I was told the package was either lost or they couldn't find it. This is absolutely unacceptable! No one takes responsibility, and customers are simply told to keep waiting, with no guarantees. I will never use their service again and can't recommend it to anyone!
I ordered a package in Germany, received the invoice by mail, and paid it. A few days later, I received a second invoice, this time for a printed invoice fee. Contacting UPS was extremely difficult; they forced me to create a UPS billing account. Only through this online portal can I switch to receiving invoices by email. I never wanted a UPS account! Absolutely outrageous!
