Ho visitato il negozio di biciclette circa un mese fa per montare la mia bici da triathlon e sono assolutamente entusiasta. Andrea mi ha dedicato una quantità incredibile di tempo. Non ci siamo limitati a seguire i movimenti, ma abbiamo esaminato ogni singolo dettaglio, dai pedali alla posizione della sella fino ai braccioli. Abbiamo provato diverse impostazioni finché non ci è sembrato perfetto al 100%. Ora, dopo quattro settimane di test (comprese sessioni più lunghe sulle scarpe da ginnastica, in cui si notano immediatamente eventuali imperfezioni), posso dire: è perfetto! Nessun dolore, solo puro piacere di guida. Un enorme ringraziamento anche per l'impegno extra spontaneo: pulire e cerare la mia catena è stata la ciliegina sulla torta di un servizio già perfetto. Se cerchi artigianalità genuina e passione, Andrea è la persona giusta a cui rivolgerti!

I had my Chapter 2 built at Bike-Schmiede Horw, including a bike fitting. Angela took a lot of time during the fitting and tried several different things to improve the seating position. When measuring the saddle pressure, a very high reading was measured in one spot. Unfortunately, no other saddle was available. After the fitting, the bike was not measured for the set values, such as seat height and other saddle parameters, so unfortunately, no document with the desired data could be created. It can sometimes happen that the bike has to be disassembled, for example, for a training camp. It would be advantageous to have the data readily available. What bothered me most, however, was the comment that the front derailleur, which I believe was incorrectly mounted, had been adjusted during transport. After a long time of poring over the manual and watching videos, I realized that it hadn't been installed correctly from the start. I was offered the opportunity to come back to fix this. A positive feature is the waxed drivetrain, which is a real game changer in terms of dirt repellency.

A new, very nice road bike shop in Horw. The team always takes the time to advise customers. Every road bike can be individually configured. I'm very happy with my exclusive Baldiso road bike. PS: It's worth a visit just for an espresso.
