Dexcom risponde sempre alle e-mail lo stesso giorno. Non ho mai avuto problemi con gli ordini in questi 3 anni. Una volta avevo bisogno di una sostituzione e ho parlato con il supporto di chi ha anche il diabete. La loro squadra è fantastica.

Sono passato al sensore G7 all'inizio di dicembre 2025 e ho contattato il servizio clienti Dexcom a Horw a riguardo. L'esperienza è stata eccellente: ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno in pochissimo tempo e mi sono sentito trattato con cordialità, competenza e rispetto. Grazie! Indosso il prodotto ormai da un mese e sono completamente soddisfatto. Il sensore fornisce dati in modo affidabile e comunica perfettamente con il mio microinfusore.
Unfortunately, my experience with customer service wasn't very good. I also had to switch from Freestyle to Dexcom 7. In 2025, I got a new endocrinologist, a new long-term prescription, and in January I received a delivery with a new receiver, even though I already had one receiver and enough sensors for the whole of January. Customer service said my endocrinologist had arranged it that way...? Further correspondence was useless; that's just how it is now, was the response. The patient still has to pay! As someone else already mentioned, it's important to avoid automatic ordering (cancel in writing). So, after over 15 years with type 1 diabetes, I wish you all the best, and above all, good health.
I've lived in the Apple ecosystem for over 40 years. So, my world collapsed when, at the end of September 2025, I realized my long-standing glucose monitoring system hadn't made the leap to Apple's new system. Thankfully, I did some smart research and discovered the Dexcom G7. A whole new world. Now we're working in harmony again. Me, my iPhone 17, and my Apple Watch. I'm incredibly happy. Switching from Libre 3 to Dexcom G7 was definitely worth it! While the battery life is shorter, the G7 is much more reliable. And there are almost no dropouts in the readings. Another remarkable feature is that the reader and the app on my phone can be used simultaneously. Completely satisfied!!
