Zügelheld è pronto, amichevole e responsabile. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che fossero attenti a spostare oggetti fragili e che si togliessero sempre le scarpe alla porta per mantenere il nuovo posto il più pulito possibile. Anche quando ho avuto un malinteso sull'offerta, sono stati professionali e rispettabili nel chiarire tutto prima del nostro trasloco.

The administration is very chaotic. Unfortunately, many mistakes are made when planning the move. The customer is charged almost ten times more for disposal than the cost to Zügelheld. Finally, the only positive experience was with the removal men on moving day. They were pleasant, efficient, and worked to my satisfaction.

They handled my entire move, including painting and the final inspection of the apartment. It was a very pleasant experience. Minor issues raised by the (very picky) landlord were resolved without hesitation and taken care of immediately on site. The managing director himself was present and organized the entire process very professionally.
