La peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto PROVANDO a noleggiare un'auto. E dico provarci perché non ci sono riuscito, perché le due donne che lavoravano sul balcone sono state le meno disponibili possibile. Concordato un prezzo sul balcone e il giorno dopo sono venuto a ritirare l'auto e mi è stato addebitato quasi il 40% in più rispetto a quanto concordato. Erano entrambi estremamente scortesi. Non consiglio nemmeno di provare a noleggiare un'auto qui, ti stresserai solo.

Brutta esperienza nel noleggio presso Europcar Interlaken. Ho noleggiato un SUV Volvo da Europcar Interlaken (Hotel Metropole) il 19 ottobre. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza piacevole con l'auto, fino al giorno in cui la restituiremo. Il 22 ottobre abbiamo guidato da Interlaken a Zurigo e il percorso che abbiamo seguito è stato attraverso Lucerna, ecc. Quando eravamo in montagna in mezzo al nulla, sull'auto è apparso un messaggio di avviso: "Spegnere il livello del liquido di raffreddamento del motore basso". Abbiamo fatto come da istruzioni e dopo aver raffreddato il motore abbiamo controllato il livello del liquido di raffreddamento. Sono rimasto molto sorpreso di scoprire che sul serbatoio è rimasto solo pochissimo (foto allegata). Abbiamo provato a chiamare il servizio clienti ma non c'è stata risposta. Abbiamo dovuto affidarci a Google per decidere cosa fare dopo. Abbiamo quindi deciso di riempire il serbatoio del liquido refrigerante con L'UNICA bottiglia d'acqua che avevamo in macchina, che era di soli 300 ml. Anche quando era piena, raggiungeva solo il livello minimo del liquido di raffreddamento e non avevamo altra acqua in macchina ed eravamo in mezzo alle montagne senza alcun negozio. Dovrebbe essere responsabilità di Europcar garantire che i veicoli che stai noleggiando siano a posto e sicuri da usare da parte dei tuoi clienti Se qualcuno decide di noleggiare un'auto qui, è pregato di ricontrollare tutto prima di lasciare il negozio: liquido di raffreddamento, olio, ecc.

Il personale di Europcar Interlaken è stato fantastico. Sono stati molto cordiali, professionali e mi hanno aiutato quando avevo dimenticato il passaporto chiamandomi per poter tornare indietro e ritirarlo. Anche la macchina che ho preso era molto bella. Nuovissima e non ci sono stati problemi nemmeno con la restituzione dell'auto. Se tornassi a Interlaken utilizzerei di nuovo Europcar. Lo consiglio vivamente.

We had some engine oil issue for the Europcar we rented from Geneva Airport. We dropped by the Interlaken outlet and the lady staff there was super helpful and helped us topped up the engine oil (she shared that this tends to happen to new cars) and also gave us useful advice on parking apps. We were extremely relieved that the issue was solved and grateful for such helpful staff! Highly recommended!
