Abbiamo adorato curiosare tra i negozi di souvenir di Interlaken. C'è una tale varietà: dai tradizionali campanacci svizzeri, magneti e cioccolato fatto a mano, a oggetti in legno splendidamente realizzati e coltellini svizzeri. I prezzi erano onesti, il personale era gentile e paziente e la maggior parte di loro parla un ottimo inglese, il che ha reso semplicissimo porre domande. Alla fine abbiamo comprato alcuni regali e piccoli ricordi da portare a casa. Un'esperienza di shopping davvero divertente: vale sicuramente la pena prendersi un po' di tempo per esplorare i piccoli negozi in città!

Questo negozio mi ha regalato bellissimi ricordi del mio viaggio in Svizzera. Anche il proprietario è stato molto gentile. Ho comprato qui alcuni cucchiaini da tè, ma mi chiedo se siano utilizzabili per il cibo vero? Ho dimenticato di controllare quando li ho acquistati.

Ho comprato molti souvenir da questo negozio. Tendiamo a fermarci in questo negozio per 3 volte durante il nostro soggiorno nella regione della Jungfrau. Sembra che abbiano un prezzo più economico rispetto ad altri negozi di souvenir. Così tanti souvenir diversi nel negozio. Non ti pentirai di aver acquistato souvenir da questo negozio. Personale divertente che ha chiacchierato con noi quando abbiamo pagato la nostra merce.

On 30th December around 1:00 PM, we had a very unpleasant experience at this shop due to the behavior of the cashier lady (Old blonde lady) We entered the shop with a stroller, and instead of politely informing us that strollers are not allowed inside, the cashier spoke to us in a very rude, arrogant, and disrespectful manner. There was absolutely no basic customer courtesy in the way she addressed us. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. Unfortunately, her attitude showed a complete lack of respect toward customers, especially families. This staff member clearly needs “Customer Care 101” training. Respectful communication is the minimum expectation in any customer-facing role. Very disappointing experience.

Phenomenally rude staff (senior blonde woman). Was browsing the store and didn’t realise I was behind a cashier due to the crowd. When I realised someone was calling out to me, I was about to turn around but felt someone physically PULL me back by my bag. Genuinely speechless. I understand that tourists can be frustrating. But surely there is a better, less insulting way to call someone: a tap on the shoulder, a louder “hello?” I also suspect this was a racist act 1) based on previous reviews and 2) because I cannot imagine you physically dragging a white lady and lecturing them. Sincerely welcome you to try.

This store has everything you could need. Very large magnet selection. And a great variety of the carved wooden cows. The comments I have seen about racism are untrue. The service was great.
