I have decided to go in to Rolex Interlaken to see if there is any watch which I fancy. Met Ms Sara, she was very welcoming and informed that the model I wanted was not available. Decided to see other model, I was introduced to Ms Edona Mehmeti. Ms Edona is very knowledgeable and friendly. She showed us the model we want and was very patient thorough the whole process. She even offered us coffee, water and chocolate. It was amazing. She explained to me the process of getting a Rolex watch. She has out performed what a sales person should do. Really impressive. She also take the initiative to take pictures for us for our purchase. What a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work Ms Edona.
