Non perdetevi il Bergrestaurant Bussalp: non c'è niente di meglio! Questo ristorante è stato completamente rinnovato ed è stupendo! Perfezione assoluta. Piccoli tocchi di artigianato locale ovunque: intagli, ricami, foto... E la vista è incredibile: la grande terrazza riparata si affaccia direttamente sull'intero versante delle Alpi. Bellissimo! Il cibo era eccezionale: avevo una zuppa d'orzo che era chiaramente fatta in casa, sostanziosa, sana e deliziosa. La porzione era sostanziosa e, servita insieme al pane fatto in casa, costituiva un pranzo delizioso e soddisfacente. Altri nel nostro gruppo avevano una cucina casalinga altrettanto eccezionale: un panino al prosciutto stagionato, un Roesti vegetariano, il tutto seguito da torte fresche fatte in casa e cappuccini caldi e cremosi fumanti, con delicati biscotti fatti in casa saporiti. Il tutto servito dalla nostra cameriera locale super cordiale ed efficiente, la signora che prepara anche le torte per il ristorante. Questo è uno dei miei posti preferiti nella zona di Grindelwald: vai e divertiti!

Questo gioiello è arroccato su una terrazza soleggiata con una vista mozzafiato sulla valle di Grindelwald direttamente sulle alte Alpi. Il ristorante è accogliente e molto svizzero; il cibo delizioso e il servizio molto cordiale. Uno dei nostri posti preferiti: da non perdere!
We came here with the special bus plus dinner trip that was offered by Grindelwald Bus in July 2024. The bus ride was a real adventure, on a mountain road that is barely wider than the bus itself. At 20 CHF, the return fare for this journey was less than half of the regular price. The food selection in the restaurant was limited, with mostly meat options. Cheese fondue was practically the only option for vegetarians. You can make a short walk from the restaurant to a view point, or you can start walking down along the road and wait for the return bus to come by and pick you up to return down to Grindelwald. A nice experience and recommended!
A nice self-service restaurant with a limited menu (this could be because it was summer) and a great view. The one staff member we saw was very pleasant and served us quickly.
If you like to take pictures and go on introductory hiking trails, I recommend the Eiger ultra trail. From First there are many trails to choose from, about 3 hours follow the Bussalp sign to Bergrestaurant Bussalp with beer and snack food, and there is a bus
