Ho prenotato una casa presso Immo Friedli (inclusa la conferma del finanziamento) e ho effettuato il pagamento della prenotazione. Successivamente Immo Friedli ha rescisso inaspettatamente il contratto e si è rifiutata di rimborsare il pagamento. Poiché la società non ha mostrato alcuna comprensione, siamo stati costretti ad adire le vie legali per recuperare l'importo, compresi gli interessi, con successo e con chiara constatazione di colpa! Alla fine, dal procedimento giudiziario è emerso che erano riusciti a vendere la casa a un prezzo più alto. Sconsiglio vivamente di fare affari con Immo Friedli.

Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza. Al momento della firma ci è stata promessa una casa da sogno. Ciò che abbiamo ottenuto è stato l'esatto contrario. Per prima cosa abbiamo scritto tutto via e-mail. Quando ciò non ha aiutato, abbiamo assunto un geometra. Purtroppo ha confermato i nostri timori. Sperando che ora tutto si risolvesse, ci siamo trasferiti a Friedli. Abbiamo enormi problemi con la ventilazione. La luce entra dalla porta dell'appartamento. La tromba delle scale ha un aspetto terribile e non è stata ispezionata e approvata.

As a construction manager and civil engineer, I assess building projects not only based on their external aesthetics but also in detail. In my personal opinion, the quality of the projects I have reviewed unfortunately does not meet expectations. In my view, many details are not executed according to Swiss standards (SIA), which could pose a risk to the buildings' lifespan. This could lead to costly renovations in the long run, which could be avoided by adhering to the standards. I therefore recommend conducting random site visits to various projects and having them inspected by experts, particularly regarding the execution details and compliance with SIA standards in critical areas.

In my opinion, this company is absolutely not recommended! I was interested in a property. I then reviewed the contract documents. It was very noticeable that this company wanted 100% of the purchase price before handing over the keys. That made me suspicious. I then asked if it would be possible to arrange for an expert to inspect everything before handover and, if there were any significant defects, have them repaired before I paid 100% of the purchase price.
