"Tutto era delizioso, con sapori che funzionavano così bene insieme. Compresa la selezione di vini. Soprattutto il Black Angus Chateaubriand svizzero era appetitoso, e le verdure invernali, la purea erano perfette. Ho dato al servizio 4 stelle perché durante la prenotazione abbiamo detto che stavamo festeggiando i nostri 25 anni insieme ma non è stato fatto nulla. Forse dimenticato come l'acqua che abbiamo ordinato, ma tutto sommato la serata è stata fantastica. Torneremo di nuovo

Siamo andati a Ritter due volte durante il nostro viaggio a Kandersteg e sinceramente ci è piaciuto molto. La squadra è super cordiale e accogliente. Ti senti subito a casa. Abbiamo provato il vino, la fonduta, alcuni antipasti e le bistecche... wow, erano assolutamente fantastici. Il posto in sé è accogliente, caldo e festoso ed è stato il luogo perfetto per festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie. Il piccolo saluto di compleanno da parte dello staff l'ha resa così felice. Non posso raccomandare abbastanza questo posto. Torneremo sicuramente un giorno! =)

I ordered a fish dish featuring trout sourced from the beautiful Blausee, and the freshness of the fish was evident in every bite. The chef did a fantastic job of seasoning and combining the ingredients, resulting in a perfectly balanced and delicious dish. Beyond the main courses, their dessert menu is also impressive, offering a variety of sweet treats that are beautifully presented and absolutely delightful. The service is excellent, with staff members who are attentive and make you feel right at home through friendly conversations and warm hospitality. An absolutely incredible location, with stunning views all round. The mini-suite was very spacious & clean with a balcony that had far reaching views into the mountains. The restaurant & service was wonderful with a good selection of food. The hotel itself is a very traditional building, and furnished to match the theme. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
