Chirigo, un professionista assoluto il cui servizio clienti, competenza e impegno personale non sono secondi a nessuno. Despite three separate damage reports from me and one from the AMAG garage, Axa is acting as if no damage was ever reported. To get payment, I have to threaten legal action, and even then, it takes six months for the claim to be settled. The team on the phone is unfriendly, and they repeatedly forget things. Nobody feels responsible for anything. I wish I had never become a customer there and recommend that anyone who ends up with the Kilchberg branch get good legal insurance. I've needed a lawyer more than once because of Axa Winterthur.
