Recentemente ho noleggiato l'auto da Enterprise e l'esperienza è stata buona. Ho ottenuto l'assicurazione completa quindi non ci sono stati reclami. Inoltre effettuo la prenotazione dal loro ufficio nell'ufficio di Kloten Balsberg. Si trova a solo 1 km dall'ufficio di Zurigo e puoi risparmiare 100 CHF non pagando il supplemento aeroportuale.
Non noleggiare mai un'auto da loro. Ho prenotato una jeep Cherokee e mi hanno dato una Renault difettosa con ruote danneggiate. Ti derubano. Le loro macchine sono difettose, nessun aiuto. Nessun servizio, nessuna risposta. Se vuoi assumere da loro, assumi a tuo rischio e pericolo. È meglio usare i mezzi pubblici. Ho assunto da loro dopo 2 giorni che la spia di servizio era accesa, avevo foto e video e mi hanno detto di cambiare il veicolo in luoghi diversi e di fare rumore e dopo che sono tornato hanno prelevato i soldi dal tuo conto senza motivo
Voglio elogiare la giovane donna, Dolma, che era allo sportello dello ZRH giovedì 22 gennaio 2026. Il mio volo era in ritardo di quasi 2 ore. Aveva già spento per la notte. Quando sono arrivato e si è resa conto di quanto fossi disperato, ha avviato il sistema e ha fatto tutto in modo così rapido ed efficiente in modo che non dovessi pagare un extra per il servizio dopo mezzanotte. Mi ha consegnato le chiavi alle 23:57. Ottimo lavoro Dolma e molte grazie.
I have been using Enterprise for a few years now and every single time the experience has been great. They have amazing cars in good condition and the staff is very friendly. One of the staff members Monica was very helpful. As we were using Enterprise for a while she also gave us an upgrade. I highly recommend Enterprise for renting out cars.
Car Rental at Alamo – Geneva Airport, Switzerland I want to warn everyone about the scam this rental company is doing to its customers!! In my case, I received a car in July 2025 with scratches on the wheels, and these damages were already mentioned in the check-in report. Even so, I made a video and took photos confirming these damages. Because the car pick-up location at Geneva Airport was dark and narrow, I recorded the evidence immediately after leaving the parking area. The rental company did not accept my evidence and is now charging me around 700 CHF for damages that already existed on the car. I want to alert everyone not to rent cars from this company (Alamo) — the charge is unfair and shows a complete lack of ethics toward customers!
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We rented a car a month ago and before checking with the client, they charged us a fee of 2000 CHF for damages in the car, when we'd reported personally to their employees and via the app, the day we picked up the car. We called to the number that is online, and you end up talking to a machine that's says you should claim through their online help desk. We initiated 3 different tickets on this website, and we didn't have an answer, not even per e-mail . After a month, I presented myself on their customer desk (if you would call it like that), and as you can see in the photos, there was nobody to answer. I began looking for their employees until I found them in the parking lot. No employee could help me, they told me there's no one responsible for customer service. Finally, I've decided I will take legal action on the swiss subsidiary Helvetic Motion AG and their branding company, which is Enterprise. Really, there is no company I've dealt in my whole life with this kind of lack of service. Total scam, do not hire this company!!!
