Microslop, un'azienda un tempo gloriosa che ora non piace a chiunque sia abbastanza esperto di tecnologia da capire come ci trattano.

La mia email è stata violata, ho scritto al supporto e Microsoft non ha fatto nulla. Sto aspettando da una settimana e ancora non ricevo supporto perché Microsoft non sta facendo il proprio lavoro. Ho acquistato Minecraft da questo account. Darei meno stelle se fosse possibile.

Non sono riusciti a risolvere la mia richiesta e mi hanno detto di chiamare Microsoft France, si sono dimenticati di informarmi che era un numero A CARICO e ho dovuto pagare 44 chf per una telefonata di 20 minuti, tutto questo per non risolvere il mio problema

Since Microsoft double charged me for a purchase by error, and the bank couldn't help me without a clearing code from Microsoft, I tried calling. Only French and German language offered, but I could see on the website where it was and that it was open. So I took the 45 minutes drive to them, only to find a paper note on a locked door stating Closed during covid. Why not put that on the website? I called again from the car, finally found someone who spoke English (barely) and got an arrogant lecture that my bank was wrong. I called the bank back and they alerted their special team. Will see if I get my money back. I have been here before, twice, invited for special events. Both times were a 2-3 star only. Microsoft as a company and their products would be 4 to 5 stars from me, but the Swiss office, sorry, that's a joke.
