Brutta esperienza. personale arrogante. Il personale continua a parlare e parlare e fa aspettare il cliente senza limiti. Per quello che sono andato c'è stato l'acquisto di una scheda SIM e ci sono voluti 1 ora per uscire da questo posto. Non visiterò mai più qui

IL TELEFONO COSTA 420.- MENO DA SAMSUNG INVECE DI PROROGA DEL CONTRATTO DA SALT! L'operaio incompetente e maleducato voleva vendermi il Galaxy S25 con prolungamento contrattuale di 24 Mesi. Senza cambiare il contratto base volevano 1080CHF in 24 mesi solo per il Telefono (ESCLUSO L'ABBONAMENTO BASE) Trucco di Salt per superare l'interesse massimo del 15% annuo. HO ACQUISTATO ESATTAMENTE LO STESSO TELEFONO SU SAMSUNG.CH PER 650, quindi volevano aumentarmi di 420.- puoi comunque pagare entro 24 mesi se acquisti su Samsung. senza pagare un centesimo in più. ho anche ricevuto un nuovo Samsung Tag 2 gratuitamente. Il sale è spazzatura assurda da quasi 20 anni! cambierò e non tornerò mai più. NON ACQUISTARE MAI UN TELEFONO O UN ALTRO DISPOSITIVO TRAMITE SALT A MENO CHE NON TI PIACE PAGARE QUASI IL DOPPIO DEL PREZZO.
Terrible experience, please don't go to this store or Salt company. The service is terrible, bad connection and high prices. Also in this store the manager sold me a SIM for 60CHF + 35CHF of tarif per month, this is a SCAM. They can't charge you for the SIM because is free. When I reply the manager he told me this is the rules of the company and they charge to everybody 60CHF for the SIM. If you want lower price go to Digital Republic website. If you need attention in person go to the Swisscom store. But please try to skip this stores on the airport they more expensive than in other locations in Zurich. Also try to get online companys like Digital Republic, Swipe, or similar. They will never charge you for the SIM and they give you better price.
I had a great experience! My phone stopped working properly just before my flight and the employee was really understanding and so nice to us and helped me through it. I ended up buying a new phone. I was even able to leave my new and old phone with them for a while to charge it. I felt so much better after as I was very stressed as you can imagine so I wanted to talk about my experience :)
The worst experience, I am the salt client since 10 years. Whenever I need something there I have to deal angry face and arrogant attitude. Especially Mayor was his name. He is always rude to clients….
