Una stella è decisamente troppo, sconsigliata come amministratore di proprietà. Gli inquilini vengono trattati in modo irrispettoso e trattati come degli sciocchi. Purtroppo ho avuto solo brutte esperienze: il proprietario G. ci ha aggredito verbalmente più volte. Si risparmiano anche le spese di spedizione per le cartoline di condoglianze...
Dalla visione alla consegna, un'esperienza molto positiva con la direzione! Il direttore è stato molto gentile e premuroso; c'è stato un tempo di attesa solo leggermente più lungo (1 settimana) per l'elaborazione della domanda, ma su richiesta sono stati sempre informati sullo stato attuale.
Una stella è troppo – senza parole… Calunnia e insulti – l'amministratore delegato/CEO è semplicemente incompetente e irrispettoso! Raccomandazione: affitta altrove!
We used TBG as our property manager and can only say one thing: Disaster! We had to wait almost !!half a year!! for the rental deposit to be returned, even though nothing major had occurred during the takeover. They never communicated that certain steps would take longer; we had to constantly ask... The standard answer is always the same: "Processing can sometimes take a while. But it should be done in the next XY days." But that rarely applied... I never had this problem with the previous management company...
I went to this trust office based on a recommendation from a friend. Very friendly and competent advice! I highly recommend it!
I cannot assess the fiduciary activities; simply overwhelmed as a property manager.
